She’s known for her immersive workshops and keynotes, where she blends storytelling with practical insight to help leaders reconnect to what matters most - whether shaping a legacy or strengthening a team’s shared direction.

Lisa works with leaders supporting them to lead with authenticity, clarity, and a deeper sense of presence. Whether on stage, in a boardroom, or in a coaching conversation, her approach is grounded, insightful, and deeply human.

Global in experience and grounded in compassion, Lisa believes pausing is a critical leadership act. Her work invites people to step out of the noise, anchor in their “why,” and show up as the steady, wholehearted leaders their lives and work are asking for.

With 18+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation, Lisa collaborates with an impressive lineup of organizations:

  • Creator of The Leader’s Lens™ process that invites leaders to step back and examine a foundational question: What does my leadership actually look like to others? Lisa works to explore how leadership impact is shaped less by title or output, and more by presence, priorities, and the experience people have in our orbit. Through a structured and reflective process, leaders clarify their “why,” define their leadership identity, and translate it into a clear and actionable leadership lens. Moving from insight to application, leaders create a visual representation of their leadership - surfacing what deserves focus, what creates impact, and what may be adding noise rather than value.
