It’s about showing up with your whole self, ready to hold space for others. That requires presence. It requires internal authority. It requires a return to your “why,” especially when the noise gets loud.
Pausing, then, isn’t indulgent - it’s essential. It’s how clarity is built, how meaning is reclaimed, how steady leadership takes root. Athletes understand this: rest is part of performance. Leaders need the same discipline. To choose presence. To choose joy. To dare to pause - not as an afterthought, but as a defining act of how you live and lead.
