Lisa Kjellstrom Featured Keynote at the Annual PTC-SC Conference

There are some leadership conversations that feel especially timely.

This is one of them.

On October 29, I’ll be joining the Personnel Testing Council of Southern California to talk about what it means to be the steady center — particularly when the world around us feels anything but steady. We’ll explore trust, uncertainty, purpose, and what our teams actually need from us when we don’t have all the answers.

I keep coming back to this: Steady doesn’t mean unaffected.

It means knowing how to find your footing — and helping others find theirs.
