This Thursday, I'm joining the Ohio Animal Welfare Federation's Foundations of Effective Leadership series to explore how we can make feedback less about discomfort and more about development. Whether we're leading teams, serving communities, or caring for animals, the conversations we avoid tend to become the challenges that linger, am I right?!

We'll talk about:
- creating cultures of trust and growth
- asking for input with curiosity
- turning difficult conversations into opportunities for learning and real connection
